Terms of Service and TAT
🧃 I have the right to decline a commission request if it is steps out of my comfort zone.
🧃 I consider DP (Downpayments) after the rough/clean sketch have been finalized. 20-30% DP can be accpeted and i will further submit an Invoice to secure the payment. [Please note, that I will not start the commission if DP/ full payment upfront are given! always submit a screenshot of your payment]
🧃 I only inquire PAYPAL/ GCASH For PH locals
🧃 Changes should be done around rough/clean sketches. If changes were needed last minute around coloring or rendering that'll be; 10$+ for USD, 150php for PHP.
🧃 Regrading on complexity and details rate, I charge if the character is very complicated- in a matter of too much details like clothing, patterns, colors and etc. (Examples are Scenecore, neoncore, kidcore, decora etc.) I will ask forward if its ok to charge the client regarding this issue. If not, i can do the commission in another way/style and discussions for it can be negotiated. I also have the right to decline these types of commissions due to the complexity (I get burned out too). Either way, please ask first and we can talk it out :3
🧃 Requiring Refunds, will only happen if i cannot submit the piece on time (not including days of me struggling with weather or data, please keep in mind I live in a flood prone country) but that aside, I always update when I can or cannot~
🧃 TAT: My time service is easy depending on the queue lineup! Please look at my Menu bar to see the trello listing (found at Menu)! MY TAT SERVICE IS AROUND 3-5 days on bust/sketches and 1-2 WEEKS depending on the complexity of your character for halfbody/full/scenery.
